Friedrich Laucke established his first flour mill in Australia's Barossa Valley in 1899. Now you can become the master of home bread making with these amazing bread mixes. Each pack makes four large pizza bases (each approx 250gm) or two delicious, warm crusty Focaccia breads. You can add your favourite flavourings - Olives, onions, semi-dried tomatoes... Yeast is provided so all you need to add is water. Follow simple instructions on the back of each pack and make bread sticks or Calzones if you wish!
