Rose Veal OP Rib Cutlet

Quite possibly the very best cutlet you will ever taste!
These single Rose Veal Rib chops require very little cooking and deliver such sweet beefy flavour and sensationally tender texture.
Some recipes suggest pounding these chops out however only very gentle pounding should be applied.
Sear over medium heat until nutty brown then finish in a 160 C oven.
