Pigs in Blankets by Jamie Oliver

You just can’t just have a turkey without these! Make sure you use good quality sausages and bacon and you’ll be glad you did.
A bunch of fresh sage, leaves picked.
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / gas 6.
Drop the sage leaves into hot water, then immediately drain them in a sieve and leave to cool on some kitchen paper.
Once cooled, toss the leaves in a little olive oil.
Stretch the bacon out using the back of a knife, and place 3 sage leaves on to each rasher.
Place a Havoc Breakfast sausage across the top of the sage leaves and roll each rasher up. Lay your ‘pigs in blankets’ in a roasting tray, drizzle with olive oil, then cover and place in the fridge until you’re ready to cook them.
They will need to go in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes before you want to serve.
