Kate’s Xmas Ham Glaze

1 whole or half Friendly Farmed Ham
1 jar Telegraph Hill Whisky and Orange Glaze
1/2 jar Gourmet Direct Garden Herb Wholegrain Mustard
4-5 Star Anise
Place Ham on a wire rack in an oven tray.
Put 2 cups of water into the tray. Bake at 160c for 20 minutes.
Using a sharp knife remove skin and excess fat carefully from Ham.
Score Ham in a crisscross pattern just through to the meat.
Combine half a jar of garden herb mustard and a whole jar of Whisky and Orange Glaze.
Spread liberally over the Ham.
Place a few star anise on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180c.
Slice chunky and enjoy!!!
