Judes Ham Glaze

1 cup soft brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup (Canadian is best!)
Finely grated zest of one orange
Cloves to stud the ham
Remove skin carefully from ham.
Mix all ingredients together and smear liberally.
Keep leftovers to baste throughout cooking.
Stud with cloves.
Place Ham in roasting dish, and add 1 cup water.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees until cooked.
