Easy Christmas Ham with Whisky and Orange Glaze

1 x Gourmet Direct Ham
1 x Whisky and Orange Ham Glaze
A few Star Anise to decorate (optional)
Place Ham on a rack in an oven tray.
Put 2 cups of water into the tray. Bake at 160c for 20 minutes.
Using a sharp knife remove skin and excess fat carefully from Ham.
Score Ham in a crisscross pattern just through to the meat.
Smear entire contents of Whisky and Orange Glaze liberally over the Ham.
Place a few star anise on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180c.
Slice chunky and enjoy!!!
