Brisket Bao Bun Sliders

1 pack Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Beef Sliders with Brisket
10 bao buns, warmed
½ cup sriracha mayonnaise
½ cup fresh mint leaves
½ cup coriander
¼ cup peanuts, chopped
¼ cup shallots, fried
Lime wedges, to serve
4 Tbsp white vinegar
1 lime, juice of
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 star anise, whole
1 small cucumber, sliced into ribbons
1 small carrot, sliced into ribbons
Remove Silver Fern Farms PURE 97% Beef Sliders with Brisket from the freezer and packaging.
Place vinegar, lime juice, sugar and sesame oil in a jar and shake to combine.
Add star anise and vegetable ribbons, set aside to pickle for 10 mins.
Discard star anise before serving.
Preheat BBQ or pan to high heat.
Reduce BBQ or pan to low-medium heat. Add PURE 97% Beef Sliders with Brisket and cook for 6 mins (4 mins if defrosted).
Flip and pierce burgers to allow juices to run free.
Cook for a further 4-6 mins (3-5 mins if defrosted), until burgers are fully cooked.
Spread sriracha mayonnaise on bao buns.
Fill buns with herbs, Beef Sliders with Brisket, pickled vegetable ribbons, nuts, fried shallots, and serve with lime wedges.
