Best Veal Burger Patties

Ingredients
500gm Gourmet Direct Rose Veal Mince
100gm Prosciutto
½ yellow onion
Small handful of sage leaves
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Squeeze of lemon
Black pepper
2 slices brown bread, crumbed
Sprig of parsley
Pinch of Salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Method
Process mince, herbs, breadcrumbs and onion in food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to combine.
Pan fry in a little butter and olive oil on a gentle heat for a few minutes on each side, or until cooked. Make sure that you don't cook on too high a heat; this will result in toughness and overcooked exterior of Pattie!
Serve with your favourite burger combo. I served mine with fresh sesame seed buns, a ring of pineapple, shaved parmesan, rocket, and tomato relish.
