Beef Steak with Mango Salsa

4 beef steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
FOR THE SALSA
425gm can mango, sliced and drained
2 Tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
MAKE THE SALSA
Cut the mango into 1 cm cubes, place in a bowl. mix mango with the coriander, onion and lime juice.
COOK THE STEAKS
Place steaks in a preheated pan, or barbecue.
Cook for 3-4 minutes each side for medium (about 2cm thick) or until done to your liking.
Rest in a warm place for 5 minutes.
TO SERVE
Add the salsa on the side (or in a small bowl) with your favourite green salad.
