Coffee-soaked sponge fingers layered with a mascarpone cream and dark chocolate.
Served in plastic containers that can either be unmoulded to your own plate or served with a spoon straight from the container.

Serving suggestion: (pictured) Plate up with chocolate sauce drizzled over, chocolate curls on top and 1/4 tsp cocoa powder sieved over the plate for maximum glamour!
