Champagne Half Ham approx 4.5kg

Delicious 100% NZ Champagne Ham. Did you know that it is the bone that sours a ham?  A Champagne ham has most of the bone removed for ease of carving.  This Half Champagne ham weighs in at approximately 4.0kg.  You can let us know if you prefer the Shank end (with a small handle of bone remaining) or the Butt end which is completely boneless.
