Laucke Barossa Sourdough Bread Mix

Friedrch Laucke established his first flour mill in Australia’s Barossa Valley in 1899. Now you can become the master of home bread making with these amazing bread mixes. Each pack makes four big loaves (each approx. 600gm) of delicious, warm Sourdough loaf.
Yeast is provided and the contents are high fibre with the benefits of added bio-fort selenium, dairy free, soy free with no added sugar or preservatives. All you need to do is follow the simple instructions on the back and add water.

Use with a bread maker or mix by hand and prove in a bowl.
