How To Cook:
Remove from packaging, cover and bring to room temperature. Rub oil over the medallions and season.
Pre-heat the fry-pan or BBQ to high. Pan-fry for 30 secs – 1 minute on each side for medium rare.
Transfer to a plate, cover and rest for 2 minutes.
