These delicious Burger Patties are artisan and are handmade on site at our Boutique Store in Ahuriri, Napier.
Gluten Free.
Coming in at 200grams each with a thickness of 1.5-2cm they pack a powerful Rose Veal flavour and will make the perfect Gourmet Burger.
Cooking Instructions: – Cook from Frozen (no preservatives added): on a hot pan with a splash of oil for approx. 18-20 minutes each side (or until cooked through).
Try and turn only once to ensure the flavour is locked in.
This will create the perfect medium patty. If you like it well done continue for a minute or two on each side.
