Famous goats cheese, tomato and rocket bruschetta

2 slices sourdough
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons Famous
2 tomatoes, sliced
120g sliced goat's cheese, suitable for grilling
Large handful of rocket
2 lemon wedges
Grill or toast the sourdough then rub each piece all over with garlic.
Drizzle on half the olive oil, spread with the Famous. Place the sliced tomatoes on top then the goat's cheese.
Place under grill and put on plates. Pile the rocket on top, drizzle with the remaining oil and serve with a lemon wedges. Serves 2.
