Best cooking methods: Pan-fry or BBQ.
Remove from packaging, cover and bring to room temperature.
Rub oil over the stir-fry and season.
Fry pan/BBQ method: preheat the fry pan or BBQ to medium high and cook the beef in 2-3 batches for approximately 3 minutes each.
Transfer to a plate, cover, and rest for 2-3 minutes.
