Silver Fern Farms Beef Brisket is aged for at least 21 days for tenderness, grass-fed and has no added hormones.
The brisket is vacuum packed and can be refrigerated for up to 30 days.

Our cooking method of choice:
Add your meat to foil with a small amount of liquid (as per chosen recipe) plus extra oil, and wrap tightly.
Alternatively: Add your meat to an oven dish or slow cooker and cover with liquid.
Simmer for tenderness.
Cover and cook low and slow until tender. If in oven, check halfway through cooking time and add more liquid if required.
Savour, share and enjoy.
Spoon cooking juices over meat and/or reduce in a pan.
Serve with an accompanying sauce of your choice.
