Coming in at 200grams each with a thickness of 1.5-2cm they pack a powerful Wagyu flavour and will make the perfect Gourmet Burger. Better than any restaurant.
Made with premium cuts of Waitaha Wagyu including Brisket ranging in Marble Score 7 to 8-9.
Our secret recipe creates the perfect moisture, texture and flavor.
Cooking Instructions: – Must Cook from Frozen (no preservatives added): on a hot pan (no oil required) for 14-15minutes each side (or until cooked through). Turning only once to ensure the Wagyu fat content and flavour is locked in. No seasoning required. This will create the perfect medium patty. If you like it well done continue for a minute or two on each side.
